Coverage
All jewelry purchased from Robert & Nancy is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship
Faulty clasps, closures, or settings present at time of purchase
Premature tarnishing or discoloration occurring under normal use
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage
Loss or theft
Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, perfume, or lotions
Items altered or repaired by a third party
How to File a Claim
To request a warranty repair or replacement, contact us at contact@robert-nancy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, at no additional cost to you. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective.
Resolution
Depending on the issue, we may repair the item, replace it with the same or a comparable item, or issue store credit. We aim to resolve all warranty claims within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by state.
