Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
Before Shipment
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel it and issue a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Customers may instead be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after delivery.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription program, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@robert-nancy.com.
Effective Date of Cancellation
Subscription cancellations submitted before the next billing date will prevent future renewal charges.
After cancellation is confirmed, no future recurring charges will be processed.
Any subscription benefits already paid for will remain available until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise specified.
Processing Time
Cancellation requests are generally reviewed and processed within 1 business day.
Once processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with the order or subscription.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
